We'll be nice too and not provide or sell your photo submission to The Esplanade Co Ltd (TECL) to any other company for that company's independent use. 4. Head's up: By sending an entry to us, you grant TECL, at no further cost, the right to use, edit, reproduce and display your photo submission by any electronic, digital or other means, provided that these recordings and images are used solely for the purposes of promoting the artists, the said event, Esplanade -Theatres on the Bay or the arts in Singapore in general. This may include free screenings of such recordings and images in their entirety either at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay or at any other venue which TECL is using for the said promotion. 5. The truth is what matters. Be the original owner of any photo submission you make, or make sure that you have the necessary permissions to authorise us to use your photo submission. In particular, you must have obtained the permission of all of the people featured or referred to in the photo submission. 6. Your email address provided with this submission will be kept strictly confidential by us and will not be shared with any other company or subsidiary for any other purpose.
